Alvaro Amato came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Berserkers FC Ψ's Cipriano Munhoz. But to his dismay, Cipriano Munhoz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. MONCHOSFC's Alvaro Amato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Munhoz in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 16 minutes, Dalmacio Lluques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MONCHOSFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dalmacio Lluques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Berserkers FC Ψ's goalkeeper Marcos Burni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Rik. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Berserkers FC Ψ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcos Che was slow to take the kick. During this time MONCHOSFC's players had a chance to rest. Marcos Che made a great header on MONCHOSFC's corner, it was just that Berserkers FC Ψ's Marcos Burni managed to reach the ball for a save. 22 minutes into the match, MONCHOSFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Munhoz came free, but Alvaro Amato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Cipriano Munhoz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MONCHOSFC's Alvaro Amato was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Teobaldo Peio in the 24th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Berserkers FC Ψ's Jim Mannell. Alvaro Amato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Munhoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The supporters of MONCHOSFC booed when Berserkers FC Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Quinteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to MONCHOSFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Marcos Che hit a great ball. Cipriano Munhoz might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvaro Amato. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cipriano Munhoz ran back to his position shaking his head. MONCHOSFC's Alvaro Amato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Munhoz in the 59th minute of play. Juan Ignacio Circelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Alvaro Amato made a huge save. 72 minutes into the game, Adan Unai threw the ball into play from the sideline. Berserkers FC Ψ's Arnoldo Txema quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Cipriano Rik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Burni having to interfere. MONCHOSFC's Alvaro Amato proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save MONCHOSFC from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute of the match, Juan Ignacio Circelli tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alvaro Amato saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alvaro Amato was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Juan Ignacio Circelli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 89 minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, MONCHOSFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Furman to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Che hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Berserkers FC Ψ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
