SV Bad Harzburg's Jacek Matuch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Dos Reis in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Jacek Matuch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute Türk Polis Gücü were awarded a corner. Yngve Lindqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. Zé Dos Reis took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacek Matuch. Jacek Matuch dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 13 played minutes SV Bad Harzburg got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Josselin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Dos Reis in the 15th minute of play forced SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Jacek Matuch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind SV Bad Harzburg's goalkeeper Jacek Matuch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Zé Dos Reis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jacek Matuch was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Patrick Josselin made in the 34th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nordine Ighil immediately put the ball in play. 41 minutes into the match, SV Bad Harzburg's goal looked a bit too open when Erhan Sarıoğlu came free, but Jacek Matuch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Loi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jacek Matuch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Dos Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Türk Polis Gücü's Edmund Dulemba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nordine Ighil in the 63rd minute of play. SV Bad Harzburg's Jacek Matuch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save SV Bad Harzburg from getting a goal against them. A collision led to SV Bad Harzburg getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Jurek Ohrem hit a great ball. Türk Polis Gücü made a substitution. Poyraz Özkoc replaced Erhan Sarıoğlu. Türk Polis Gücü's Okan Buruk was substituted for Zaquiel Puredo. A collision led to SV Bad Harzburg getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jurek Ohrem hit a great ball. Poyraz Özkoc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Jacek Matuch made a huge save. Zaid Cevahir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacek Matuch read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Türk Polis Gücü's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Yngve Lindqvist in the 76th minute. Delfino Santirso was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a defensive mix-up in SV Bad Harzburg's zone, Poyraz Özkoc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacek Matuch came out of the goal and Poyraz Özkoc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Silvestre Loi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edmund Dulemba was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 88thth minute of the game Zaid Cevahir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SV Bad Harzburg's Jacek Matuch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Türk Polis Gücü were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after SV Bad Harzburg's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yngve Lindqvist took the corner. In the 92nd minute, Silvestre Loi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SV Bad Harzburg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The SV Bad Harzburg supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Türk Polis Gücü's performance. The match ended with a win for Türk Polis Gücü.
