Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Berganza made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Dirar Rashid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Lotfi El Makhtoub recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla. Lotfi El Makhtoub showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 9th minute, Tomas Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Dirar Rashid came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 played minutes Líbano got a freekick which was hit by Ali Miyaz. Lotfi El Makhtoub hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Hisham Abdul Nasser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. The supporters of Líbano booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Akram Munahid tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Akram Munahid sent off a good shot on target. Akram Munahid's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marcos Cotilla firmly grabbed it by the left post. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dirar Rashid in the 37th minute. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dirar Rashid in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lotfi El Makhtoub. 44 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Bashar Al Azra came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panama were furious when Dylan Sarmiento was red carded, 45 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute of the match Bashar Al Azra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla skillfully saved the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

54 minutes into the match, Líbano's goalkeeper Hisham Abdul Nasser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Sarmiento. Bashar Al Azra took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Abraham Alguacil hit a great ball. Akram Munahid scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Líbano's goalkeeper Hisham Abdul Nasser, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akram Munahid in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Líbano's Lotfi El Makhtoub nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Dirar Rashid took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Hisham Abdul Nasser didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. In the 89th match minute, Líbano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lotfi El Makhtoub to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Líbano getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lotfi El Makhtoub hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Dirar Rashid kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Líbano fans cheered their team off the field, for while Panama had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
