With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Madureira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frederico Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cássio Guimarães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mochila FC's Frederico Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Reis in the 24th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match Figueira SC FSCMZ got a corner. Mochila FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Malin Koshkov ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Dadá Macedo managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Bart Claveau took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Femke Bol. Femke Bol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 48th minute, Cássio Guimarães left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Figueira SC FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yuri Reis to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Mochila FC's goalkeeper Frederico Madureira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Gitano. The referee showed Andrézinho Batista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Mochila FC got a freekick which was hit by Andrézinho Batista. Figueira SC FSCMZ's Malin Koshkov got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute Anfilogino Genovese shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Femke Bol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yuri Reis in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Yuri Reis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Frederico Madureira. That made the score 1-5 in the 80 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Genovese in the 88th minute of play forced Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Femke Bol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Frederico Madureira managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Figueira SC FSCMZ's Yuri Reis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Malin Koshkov's late challenge caught a Mochila FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malin Koshkov helped the player get up and apologised. Malin Koshkov kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Yuri Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Madureira having to interfere. The Figueira SC FSCMZ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
