An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Consalvi in the 24th minute of play forced PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper David Rotariu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's corner Patrick Vidal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Rotariu quite easily take care of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper David Rotariu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Consalvi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lukas Goretzka in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Adolfo Lago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute, Bayezit Tecmil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Rotariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Consalvi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Rotariu made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Marino Montrelle sent off a good shot on target. Augusto Consalvi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of David Rotariu when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hector Todor to make the kick off.
