With a little luck, Academia Santista CIMZ's Gu Zhan Wei got control of the ball when Hector Todor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gu Zhan Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Todor in the 10th minute of play. Gu Zhan Wei made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Leroy Kluttig sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th minute Felipe Nerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Rotariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gu Zhan Wei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukas Goretzka in the 26th minute. Gu Zhan Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Todor, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Academia Santista CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Vieira. In the 30th minute of the match, Hector Todor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gu Zhan Wei saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Hector Todor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gu Zhan Wei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Todor in the 44th minute. David Rotariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Nerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 46 played minutes PoWer SC 2K5 got a freekick which was hit by Matthew Wagner. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hector Todor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gu Zhan Wei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Todor's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Benny Schweinsteiger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of PoWer SC 2K5 booed when Academia Santista CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Nerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Hector Todor notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Academia Santista CIMZ's Gu Zhan Wei. Gu Zhan Wei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gu Zhan Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zvonimir Prestin, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. PoWer SC 2K5's Lukas Goretzka was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gu Zhan Wei in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Gu Zhan Wei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Todor's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zvonimir Prestin in the 71st minute of play forced Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Gu Zhan Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the game, PoWer SC 2K5's Zvonimir Prestin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gu Zhan Wei made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Gu Zhan Wei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Goretzka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lukas Goretzka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gu Zhan Wei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Leroy Kluttig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute Hector Todor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gu Zhan Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Academia Santista CIMZ's Marcelo Queiroz got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the PoWer SC 2K5 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
