Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bart Claveau started the match with the kick off. Mochila FC's Sydney Terra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bebeto Trigo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bebeto Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from S铆lvio Laureano in the 10th minute of play. Ulisses Sab贸ia in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Frederico Madureira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 13 minutes, Ulisses Sab贸ia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SALIMEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulisses Sab贸ia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Frederico Madureira managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when SALIMEN's Faustino Gerazan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Faustino Gerazans short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Frederico Madureira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Frederico Madureira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Faustino Gerazan in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute of the game Nuno Vaz made a throw-in which Faustino Gerazan played forward. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mochila FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ulisses Sab贸ia was slow to take the kick. During this time SALIMEN's players had a chance to rest. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulisses Sab贸ia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Frederico Madureira. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. When SALIMEN's Ulisses Sab贸ia in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mochila FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st minute of the match SALIMEN got a corner. Mochila FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulisses Sab贸ia ran over to the corner to take the kick. SALIMEN's En茅as Pereira was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Frederico Madureira in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Ulisses Sab贸ia managed to get in a good position for a shot. SALIMEN's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulisses Sab贸ia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frederico Madureira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 37 minutes of play, Mochila FC's Bart Claveau made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bebeto Trigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Mochila FC's zone, Ulisses Sab贸ia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frederico Madureira came out of the goal and Ulisses Sab贸ia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
Cl谩udio Pimenta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frederico Madureira having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulisses Sab贸ia in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frederico Madureira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ulisses Sab贸ia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Frederico Madureira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute Ulisses Sab贸ia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When SALIMEN's Ulisses Sab贸ia in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mochila FC's goalie prevented a goal. SALIMEN's 陌ldeniz Davuto臒lu was substituted for Ulisses Sab贸ia. Frederico Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 陌ldeniz Davuto臒lu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mochila FC's Andr茅zinho Batista managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nicolas Bittencourt in the 71 minute of the game. Frederico Madureira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 陌ldeniz Davuto臒lu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute 陌ldeniz Davuto臒lu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico Madureira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustino Gerazan in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Frederico Madureira saved Mochila FC from getting behind. Sidney Vander hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Bebeto Trigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anfilogino Genovese in the 88th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Cl谩udio Pimenta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SALIMEN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mochila FC the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Cl谩udio Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frederico Madureira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 陌ldeniz Davuto臒lu, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SALIMEN fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mochila FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
