The Santa Maradona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Errapel should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Errapel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krakaca Neto in the 14th minute of the match. Krakaca Neto struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Jonathan Errapel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Futuros FC. The audience was convinced that Krakaca Neto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Errapel was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Futuros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beto Smith was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Fernandes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Errapel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Krakaca Neto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jonathan Errapel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Errapel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Futuros FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adhemar Furtado in the 56th minute. The corner led Futuros FC's Adhemar Furtado to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Errapel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
