Fabrício Medeiros was slow to take the kick. During this time Crisólia FBPA's players had a chance to rest. Flamengo CIMZ's Édouard Mendy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Flamengo CIMZ from getting a goal against them. Édouard Mendy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rony Félix in the 27th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Toscano prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
