Joel Pires made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Academia Santista CIMZ's Jaroslaw Willmer. Felipe Nerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Sérgio de Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in BMB IMOVEIS SC's zone, Felipe Nerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio de Azevedo came out of the goal and Felipe Nerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gu Zhan Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Luiz Vides, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Academia Santista CIMZ's Felipe Nerio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sérgio de Azevedo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th minute, André Luiz Vides made a precise shot to the right of Gu Zhan Wei. Academia Santista CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Gu Zhan Wei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Marques in the 30th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Academia Santista CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Vides came free, but Gu Zhan Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sérgio de Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Nerio in the 35th minute. Sérgio de Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Nerio's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Nerio in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sérgio de Azevedo saved BMB IMOVEIS SC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Felipe Nerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia Santista CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Nerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sérgio de Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joel Pires made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Régis Marinho immediately put the ball in play. 46 minutes into the match, Academia Santista CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Vides came free, but Gu Zhan Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Luiz Vides to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Academia Santista CIMZ's Gu Zhan Wei got control of the ball when André Luiz Vides tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Academia Santista CIMZ's goalkeeper Gu Zhan Wei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Marques. Academia Santista CIMZ's Severino Turres quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 77 played minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Pires. In the 83rd minute, Donato Marques made a precise shot to the right of Gu Zhan Wei. Academia Santista CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Academia Santista CIMZ's Jorge Pirani was substituted for Felipe Nerio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Pirani in the 90th minute of play forced BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalkeeper Sérgio de Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite being the better team, BMB IMOVEIS SC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
