Meng Yan Jing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaw Bendyk in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Ye Hong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by STAL ST WOLA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jiang Sang Qing was slow to take the kick. During this time Abandon All Hope's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Abandon All Hope's Jiang Sang Qing to fire away a dangerous shot which Roman Matai despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Meng Yan Jing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Bielejewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikolaj Lech got free with Meng Yan Jing in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
