Abandon All Hope were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Szalone Konie's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jiang Sang Qing took the corner. Jiang Sang Qing made a great header on Abandon All Hope's corner, it was just that Szalone Konie's Tanek Piechocki managed to reach the ball for a save. Tanek Piechocki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Arendarski in the 15th minute of the match. Tanek Piechocki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ye Hong, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Gilbert Gorzkiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 18 minutes into the match, Abandon All Hope's Ye Hong sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tanek Piechocki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Abandon All Hope's zone, Boleslaw Mudry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Meng Yan Jing came out of the goal and Boleslaw Mudry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ziemowit Klewinski hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maksymilian Marosz in the 31st minute of play forced Abandon All Hope's goalkeeper Meng Yan Jing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maksymilian Marosz in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Meng Yan Jing prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 35 minutes of play, Szalone Konie's Pankracy Tepper made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Meng Yan Jing was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 43 played minutes Abandon All Hope got a freekick which was hit by Artur Marajda. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michal Arendarski to make the kick off. Szalone Konie's Tanek Piechocki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Arendarski in the 51st minute of play. In the 55th minute, Boleslaw Mudry made a precise shot to the right of Meng Yan Jing. Abandon All Hope's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Meng Yan Jing made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maksymilian Marosz in the 65th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Szalone Konie got a freekick which was hit by Maksymilian Marosz. Gilbert Gorzkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanek Piechocki having to interfere. Michal Arendarski charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michal Arendarski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute, Boleslaw Mudry made a precise shot to the right of Meng Yan Jing. Abandon All Hope's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Meng Yan Jing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zygmunt Szostak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boleslaw Mudry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Meng Yan Jing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michal Arendarski in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tanek Piechocki saved Szalone Konie from getting behind. Abandon All Hope's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
