Erik Skog showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Qiu Ling Lang in the 6th minute of the match. Jan Tomaszewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato de Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goal looked a bit too open when Qiu Ling Lang came free, but Erik Skog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Zielonka Gdansk's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Kvalfält came free, but Jan Tomaszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cyprian Sitko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erik Skog came out and tried to block the shot, but Cyprian Sitko slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rähim Sterling in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Tomaszewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jan Tomaszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rähim Sterling in the 25th minute of play. Gottfrid Asklöv could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Erik Skog made a huge save. The supporters of Garphyttan booed when Zielonka Gdansk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarūnas Saponka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes, Garphyttan's Michael Kvalfält shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jan Tomaszewski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Garphyttan reached it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Garphyttan's Erik Skog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Sitko in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute of the match, Viktor Albäck tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jan Tomaszewski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 77 minutes, Viktor Albäck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garphyttan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Albäck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zielonka Gdansk's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
