Rodrigo Berger made in the 5th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Falcão de Medeiros. After a defensive mix-up in Tomb Raider FC's zone, Robert Wnukowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Pedro Meirelles came out of the goal and Robert Wnukowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eurico Fernandez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Pedro Meirelles having to make a save. Tomb Raider FC's João Pedro Meirelles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Tomb Raider FC from getting a goal against them. João Pedro Meirelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Wnukowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tomb Raider FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Harry Maguire was slow to take the kick. During this time Radomiak Radom's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Harry Maguire got away a dangerous shot. Despite this João Pedro Meirelles quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Robert Wnukowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but João Pedro Meirelles made a huge save. João Pedro Meirelles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Wnukowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hieronim Mentis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantijn Schoovaerts in the 37th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Robert Wnukowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. João Pedro Meirelles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 44 minutes into the match, Radomiak Radom's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luiz Cordeiro came free, but Hieronim Mentis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Wnukowski struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. João Pedro Meirelles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Radomiak Radom. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantijn Schoovaerts in the 48th minute of play forced Radomiak Radom's goalkeeper Hieronim Mentis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Luiz Cordeiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rodrigo Berger got a throw-in 53 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eugênio Mazza. In the 54th minute Pedro Luiz Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hieronim Mentis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eurico Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tomb Raider FC's Falcão de Medeiros got a free kick in the 56th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomb Raider FC's Pedro Luiz Cordeiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hieronim Mentis. That made the score 2-2 after 58 minutes of play. 61 minutes into the match, Robert Wnukowski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Pedro Meirelles. Tomb Raider FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Wnukowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Tomb Raider FC's Balthazar Minnen was substituted for Pedro Luiz Cordeiro. In the 68th minute, Robert Wnukowski made a precise shot to the right of João Pedro Meirelles. Tomb Raider FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Constantijn Schoovaerts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Hieronim Mentis made a huge save. Tomb Raider FC's Filipe Abraão was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hieronim Mentis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 79th minute of the match Radomiak Radom got a corner. Tomb Raider FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Harry Maguire ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to Radomiak Radom getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Harry Maguire hit a great ball. After 86 minutes of play, Radomiak Radom's Robert Wnukowski made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Pedro Meirelles was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hieronim Mentis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balthazar Minnen in the 89th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tomb Raider FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Radomiak Radom.
