Cosme Manilan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Konstantinos Kapetanos made a huge save. Leandro Guib hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Vlassis Tsoulidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Epifanio Laurendi having to make a save. Los Hornos were furious when Leandro Guib was red carded, 13 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Los Hornos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Green Hell F.C.:s goal. Epifanio Laurendi had in the 14thth minute some difficulties stopping Vlassis Tsoulidis's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Gaston Derwin hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Cosme Manilan made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 20thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Konstantinos Kapetanos would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Epifanio Laurendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogenis Kosmidis in the 22nd minute of the match. Green Hell F.C.'s Alaa G. Hansen got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Los Hornos's Pedro Pierres managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sakis Lagonikakis in the 25 minute of the game. Cosme Manilan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinos Kapetanos having to interfere. Los Hornos's attentive Gaston Derwin managed to snatch the ball when Sakis Lagonikakis made a throw-in in the 30th minute of the game. Iason Iatridis kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 42 played minutes Los Hornos got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Pierres. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Cosme Manilan made the kick off in the second half. Cosme Manilan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diogenis Kosmidis hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 59th match minute, Los Hornos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Pierres to maneuver through the defense. Los Hornos's Epifanio Laurendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Los Hornos from getting a goal against them. Florentino Millano kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. If Cosme Manilan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute Cosme Manilan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantinos Kapetanos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Green Hell F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Vlassis Tsoulidis. 68 minutes into the match, Green Hell F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Iruinea came free, but Konstantinos Kapetanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Konstantinos Kapetanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Manilan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Green Hell F.C.'s Konstantinos Kapetanos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Manilan in the 78th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Roberto Iruinea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Konstantinos Kapetanos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 85th minute, Sakis Lagonikakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konstantinos Kapetanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Manilan in the 86th minute of play. Cosme Manilan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Konstantinos Kapetanos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Cosme Manilan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Konstantinos Kapetanos was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
