Konstantinos Kapetanos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orvar Kock, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Bo Broman scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Konstantinos Kapetanos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10th minute Orvar Kock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantinos Kapetanos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Green Hell F.C.'s Konstantinos Kapetanos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Öfverman in the 13th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Green Hell F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Diogenis Kosmidis. In the 17th minute, Peder Månsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sakis Lagonikakis charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sakis Lagonikakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, BK Värdsholmen's Oskar Wenerdahl tried to score from far away in the 23rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The supporters of Green Hell F.C. booed when BK Värdsholmen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Blixt didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Green Hell F.C.'s Lambis Georgoulis got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Minas Seremeglis in the 31st minute of play forced BK Värdsholmen's goalkeeper Eddie Alström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Minas Seremeglis put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Eddie Alström. Oskar Wenerdahl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Konstantinos Kapetanos made a huge save. Tomas Blixt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Konstantinos Kapetanos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Blixt went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

65 minutes into the game, Diogenis Kosmidis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eddie Alström. Diogenis Kosmidis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. BK Värdsholmen were furious when Bo Broman was red carded, 69 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 70th match minute, BK Värdsholmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Broman to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Minas Seremeglis got free with Eddie Alström in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 75th minute, Alaa G. Hansen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. BK Värdsholmen's Eddie Alström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Minas Seremeglis in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Green Hell F.C.'s Iason Iatridis got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iason Iatridis during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87th minute, Iason Iatridis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
