The goal made the score 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Maciej Zdrojowy notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Carno FK's Süleyman Sebukalp. Süleyman Sebukalp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tolek Makarewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolunay Tandan in the 15th minute of play. Mariusz Odachowski hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Carno FK's Aziz Safih sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tolek Makarewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alişan Suer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Tolek Makarewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tolunay Tandan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tolunay Tandan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tolek Makarewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolunay Tandan in the 91st minute of play forced Zielonka Gdansk's goalkeeper Tolek Makarewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carno FK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
