A collision led to 25 de Abril Futbol Club getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Vicente Sanson hit a great ball. Pascual Roldan took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tolek Makarewicz. Tolek Makarewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Tolek Makarewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Fidensio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 de Abril Futbol Club's Pascual Roldan got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Zielonka Gdansk's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Fidensio came free, but Tolek Makarewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Celedonio Fidensio fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 25 de Abril Futbol Club's protests and gave Celedonio Fidensio a yellow card for diving instead.
