Nae Morar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umur Ökten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the game, FC Montana's Sancar Sair nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nae Morar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute, Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umur Ökten in the 11th minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Nae Morar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dino Montana hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the ASF BAIA MARE -MM- defense, Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nae Morar. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nae Morar should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octav Glăvan got free with Osman Tahir in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nae Morar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umur Ökten, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nae Morar saved ASF BAIA MARE -MM- from getting behind. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when FC Montana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Acun Ersalmış didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, FC Montana's goalkeeper Osman Tahir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octav Glăvan. Acun Ersalmış hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. After 38 played minutes FC Montana got a freekick which was hit by Acun Ersalmış. A hard shot by Lucian Gâțea from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Osman Tahir's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk in the 42nd minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Nae Morar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Montana were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk got free with Nae Morar in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nae Morar was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Umur Ökten capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Umur Ökten really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Nae Morar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk in the 64th minute. Nae Morar was a little too slow when Sancar Sair got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-5. Lucian Gâțea took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Osman Tahir. FC Montana's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 75th minute, Lucrețiu Arotăriței made a precise shot to the right of Osman Tahir. FC Montana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Sancar Sair hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 79 minutes, Marian Răducu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ASF BAIA MARE -MM- and the FC Montana players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ASF BAIA MARE -MM- getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Marian Răducu hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, FC Montana's Dino Montana tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Lucrețiu Arotăriței hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Nae Morar got control of the ball when Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 played minutes FC Montana got a freekick which was hit by Acun Ersalmış. After 88 played minutes, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Lucian Gâțea shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Osman Tahir came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ASF BAIA MARE -MM- reached it. 92 minutes into the game, Mădălin Bănățeanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Osman Tahir was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The FC Montana players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
