Leopoldo Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erland Giöck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, 100 Chance's Filipe Meneses got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute Filipe Meneses shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Melin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erland Giöck in the 18th minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Svante Bröms who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 19 minutes, Luiz Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 100 Chance and the Juoksengi players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ernst Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Juoksengi's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Fábio Machado came free, but Tommy Melin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dráuzio Paraíba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Melin having to interfere. After 31 played minutes Juoksengi got a freekick which was hit by Jon Hökqvist. 33 minutes into the game, 100 Chance's Filipe Meneses nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Melin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Leopoldo Cerezo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernst Holmberg in the 36th minute of play. Luís Fábio Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. A hard and well directed shot from Erland Giöck led 38 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-1. 100 Chance's Leopoldo Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erland Giöck in the 40th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Ernst Holmberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leopoldo Cerezo. 100 Chance's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernst Holmberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dráuzio Paraíba to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jon Hökqvist during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leopoldo Cerezo was left in no man's land by his defense there!
