Cătălin Octavian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Aleson having to interfere. A collision led to Vanadio F.C. getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Romano Montoya hit a great ball. After some careless play in the ASF BAIA MARE -MM- defense, Montrell Sojo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nae Morar. The ASF BAIA MARE -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nae Morar should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute, Rameriz Cando reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nae Morar. The goal made the score 4-0. The supporters of ASF BAIA MARE -MM- booed when Vanadio F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montrell Sojo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When Radu Moldovan fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s protests and gave Radu Moldovan a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Radu Moldovan got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute, Marian Rădescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nae Morar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Pernambucano in the 59th minute of the match. Vanadio F.C. made a substitution. Christian Arratia replaced Lorencio Erosa. 76 minutes into the game, Montrell Sojo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Nae Morar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Christian Arratia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nae Morar was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Nae Morar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Curiel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Vanadio F.C.'s Asteri Reganado got a free kick in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirco Vucevic in the 87th minute of play forced ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s goalkeeper Nae Morar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Ion Cucerzan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vanadio F.C. the free kick. In the 89th minute, Ion Cucerzan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vanadio F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
