The audience thought a goal was coming when Froilan Guzman got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, Eloy Steven had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eloy Steven was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Eloy Steven tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Guzman in the 34th minute of the match. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Piuke's goalie prevented a goal. In the 38th minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. After 43 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Berganza. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Gonchan having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Froilan Guzman to strike the kick off in the second half. Aaron Barrios hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Dylan Sarmiento kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Isaac Madaleno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piuke's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaac Madaleno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Cotilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isidoro Sarmiento in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Prudencio Gonchan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 57th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Miralles to maneuver through the defense. Froilan Guzman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Gonchan having to interfere. Jose Carita kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Gonchan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Matthew Garrido hit a great ball. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Gonchan having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Prudencio Gonchan in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Piuke were furious when Benito Quin was red carded, 75 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Piuke's Candido Montxo was substituted for Froilan Guzman. In a very dangerous position, a player in Piuke fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! Piuke:s Prudencio Gonchan showed great skill when he stopped Abraham Alguacil:s penalty. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Tomas Berganza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Prudencio Gonchan. That made the score 1-1 after 81 minutes of play. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Prudencio Gonchan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. Panama were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Piuke to leave the ground with a draw.
