Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armandinho Vergílio started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes A.A. Francana got a freekick which was hit by José Vítor Carvalho. Floresta Negra FC's Eusébio Alcântara got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilton Romero got free with Almir Carneiro in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 6thth minute of the game Wilton Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Floresta Negra FC's Almir Carneiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Floresta Negra FC's Orlando Cosme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Telmo Trigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 14th minute, Armandinho Vergílio made a precise shot to the right of Almir Carneiro. Floresta Negra FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Almir Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serginho Alagoano in the 17th minute of play. When Valdemar de Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Floresta Negra FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdemar de Mendonça couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes into the match, Armandinho Vergílio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Almir Carneiro, 2-2. Luís Eduardo Donato hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for A.A. Francana! In the 37th minute Eusébio Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eusébio Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Floresta Negra FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Patrick Alvarenga hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, A.A. Francana's Serginho Alagoano tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

The wind increased when Eusébio Alcântara made the kick off in the second half. Floresta Negra FC's Eusébio Alcântara got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusébio Alcântara got in the 58th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Telmo Trigo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Telmo Trigo stood somewhat misplaced when Eusébio Alcântara came free in front of goal and shot 2-4 to the left of him in the 65 minute. If Mauro Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armandinho Vergílio struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Almir Carneiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.A. Francana. In the 82nd minute Eusébio Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in A.A. Francana's zone, Mauro Proença stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Telmo Trigo came out of the goal and Mauro Proença tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 89 minutes into the match, Armandinho Vergílio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Almir Carneiro. Floresta Negra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armandinho Vergílio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. In the 94th minute, Gabriel Freire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Floresta Negra FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
