Floresta Negra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco van Persie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guilherme Abud did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Oséas Leme 15 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Marcelinho de Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, DENVER™'s Luís Eduardo Araújo got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute Gabriel Freire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilmar Freitas scored 2-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oséas Leme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Floresta Negra FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Cleithon Minuhin scored to the left of an out of position Oséas Leme, making the score, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Guilherme Abud's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oséas Leme was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Guilherme Abud did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Oséas Leme 41 minutes into the match. Floresta Negra FC's Oséas Leme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Floresta Negra FC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to DENVER™ getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Luís Eduardo Araújo hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauro Proença to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Cleithon Minuhin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The DENVER™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 60 minutes into the match, Floresta Negra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Abud came free, but Oséas Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Floresta Negra FC's Mauro Proença got a free kick in the 61st minute. The supporters of DENVER™ booed when Floresta Negra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Proença didn't get a good kick on the ball. The DENVER™ fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when DENVER™'s Nilmar Freitas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Guilherme Abud sped through Floresta Negra FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oséas Leme. DENVER™'s Nilmar Freitas got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Floresta Negra FC's Oséas Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilmar Freitas in the 78th minute of play. After some careless play in the Floresta Negra FC defense, Guilherme Abud kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oséas Leme. The Floresta Negra FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oséas Leme should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, DENVER™'s Adrianinho Negri got a free kick in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the match, DENVER™'s goalkeeper Delfim Bastos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Freire. When DENVER™'s Waldir Romero in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Floresta Negra FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95thth minute of the game Waldir Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Floresta Negra FC's Oséas Leme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. DENVER™ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Floresta Negra FC for a fine match.
