Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Fragiskos Skrekis came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Patricio Costa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kleanthis Koumentakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Savas Iosifakis in the 10th minute of play. Kleanthis Koumentakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 15th minute of play. Kleanthis Koumentakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kleanthis Koumentakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 27th minute of play. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kleanthis Koumentakis having to interfere. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Savas Iosifakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Savas Iosifakis in the 37th minute of play. Rigoberto Mina charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rigoberto Mina the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. 44 minutes in the game Leonardo Pernambucano got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fragiskos Skrekis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julius Delcroix in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Panthiseiakos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniil Papadimakos to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Panthiseiakos booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Panthiseiakos's Julius Delcroix. But to his dismay, Julius Delcroix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 79th minute of play forced Panthiseiakos's goalkeeper Kleanthis Koumentakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kleanthis Koumentakis made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Panthiseiakos's Kleanthis Koumentakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 89th minute of play. After 90 played minutes Panthiseiakos got a freekick which was hit by Zinon Batistas. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Panthiseiakos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zinon Batistas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Panthiseiakos's Oséas Recife got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Panthiseiakos were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
