In the 26th minute Peder Gernberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nery Pumpido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Snäll kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. When Bianco Garcia fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yo Soy Tu Padre's protests and gave Bianco Garcia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Yo Soy Tu Padre getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Bianco Garcia hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Joel Tolsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Araoz in the 55th minute of the match. Cipriano Eguzki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Tolsson having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Peder Gernberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nery Pumpido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes of play, BK Värdsholmen's Håkan Eklund made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nery Pumpido was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 68th minute, BK Värdsholmen's Peder Gernberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nery Pumpido. Nery Pumpido yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. 72 minutes into the match, BK Värdsholmen's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Eguzki came free, but Joel Tolsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded BK Värdsholmen left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Yo Soy Tu Padre.
