But to his dismay, Horácio Aguiar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Christiano Arce had great luck who in the 22ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Geraldo Schmidt from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Geraldo Schmidts short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Christiano Arce to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Davi Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maicon Oliveira in the 26th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Wilian Alcântara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. October 04's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SORRISO E. C. the free kick.
