Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Marian Beninda kicked off to start the match. João Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. With a little luck, KS LEW Chorzów's Ignacy Zagrobelny got control of the ball when Geraldo Schmidt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabinho Falcão kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Davi Couto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélio Vaz in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Pedro Luís Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davi Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 played minutes KS LEW Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luís Alcântara. Ignacy Zagrobelny made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Fabinho Falcão sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geraldo Schmidt in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ignacy Zagrobelny saved KS LEW Chorzów from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís Alcântara in the 17th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Davi Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, KS LEW Chorzów's goalkeeper Ignacy Zagrobelny had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geraldo Schmidt. KS LEW Chorzów were furious when Ciro Etor was red carded, 21 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to KS LEW Chorzów getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Ciro Etor hit a great ball. Davi Couto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélio Vaz's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís Alcântara in the 27th minute of play forced October 04's goalkeeper Davi Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes October 04's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marian Beninda who took care of the corner kick. When KS LEW Chorzów's Hélio Vaz in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye October 04's goalie prevented a goal. October 04's Davi Couto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélio Vaz in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Hélio Vaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS LEW Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Horácio Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacy Zagrobelny having to interfere. If Hélio Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Davi Couto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélio Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Davi Couto came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by KS LEW Chorzów's Hélio Vaz. But to his dismay, Hélio Vaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

The wind increased when Geraldo Schmidt made the kick off in the second half. October 04's Davi Couto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save October 04 from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hélio Vaz got free with Davi Couto in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hélio Vaz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Davi Couto firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hélio Vaz struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Davi Couto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS LEW Chorzów. October 04 made a substitution. Faustão dos Santos replaced Geraldo Schmidt. In the 72nd minute of the game Anderson Machado made a throw-in which Wilian Alcântara played forward. Hélio Vaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th match minute, October 04 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Pena to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Marian Beninda sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Davi Couto threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Marian Beninda this time. Hélio Vaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Davi Couto made a huge save. Davi Couto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hélio Vaz in the 88th minute. After 91 played minutes October 04 got a freekick which was hit by Anderson Machado. KS LEW Chorzów's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
