Laurențiu Hirean was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Hélio Vaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laurențiu Hirean. F.C SBG DTR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hélio Vaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Hélio Vaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laurențiu Hirean having to make a save. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C SBG DTR's goalkeeper Laurențiu Hirean, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Marian Beninda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS LEW Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Ciro Etor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurențiu Hirean having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, F.C SBG DTR's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Vaz came free, but Laurențiu Hirean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Hélio Vaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS LEW Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Ivan Crușeveanu's late challenge caught a KS LEW Chorzów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Crușeveanu helped the player get up and apologised. After 26 played minutes F.C SBG DTR got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Crușeveanu. After 28 minutes, Marcel Mavrogheni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C SBG DTR and the KS LEW Chorzów players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 minutes of play, KS LEW Chorzów's Marian Beninda made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laurențiu Hirean was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Hélio Vaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS LEW Chorzów fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Laurențiu Hirean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélio Vaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laurențiu Hirean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Beninda, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Vaz in the 44th minute of play forced F.C SBG DTR's goalkeeper Laurențiu Hirean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laurențiu Hirean came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by KS LEW Chorzów's Marian Beninda. But to his dismay, Marian Beninda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marian Beninda to make the kick off. Hélio Vaz scored 0-9 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laurențiu Hirean, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hélio Vaz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Laurențiu Hirean when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Laurențiu Hirean managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when KS LEW Chorzów's Hélio Vaz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 60th minute Marian Beninda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurențiu Hirean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Hélio Vaz lined in a short shot 0-10 behind a frustrated Laurențiu Hirean. 65 minutes into the match, Hélio Vaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laurențiu Hirean. Hélio Vaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Laurențiu Hirean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurențiu Hirean didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hélio Vaz went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-13 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the game, KS LEW Chorzów's Hélio Vaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laurențiu Hirean made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-15. Ignacy Zagrobelny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucrețiu Cârnațiu in the 94th minute of the match. KS LEW Chorzów played a much better game than F.C SBG DTR and deserved their victory. The F.C SBG DTR players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
