The supporters of Jacul booed when New Orleans AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yasmina Lelouch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robert Chitimia's late challenge caught a New Orleans AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robert Chitimia helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of New Orleans AFC booed when Jacul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Chitimia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute Ismael Assad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Gabrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Vlad Ghișerel fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jacul's protests and gave Vlad Ghișerel a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that Ismael Assad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iosif Gabrea was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Denis Lera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hachemi Belloumi having to interfere. Hachemi Belloumi made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Denis Lera sent off a good shot on target. Ismael Assad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Gabrea having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Jacul's zone, Ismael Assad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iosif Gabrea came out of the goal and Ismael Assad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ismael Assad in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iosif Gabrea saved Jacul from getting behind. 42 minutes into the match, Jacul's goal looked a bit too open when Abdellah Boniche came free, but Iosif Gabrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdellah Boniche made a kick off. If Ismael Assad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Abdellah Boniche sped through Jacul's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iosif Gabrea. Abdellah Boniche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iosif Gabrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdellah Boniche, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 71 minutes into the match, New Orleans AFC's Ismael Assad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iosif Gabrea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Jacul getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Mugurel Aluncai hit a great ball. If Abdellah Boniche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Denis Lera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Assad in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iosif Gabrea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. New Orleans AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
