In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Società Sport Osasco's goalkeeper Samuel Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 26 minutes La Società Sport Osasco's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leonardo Gox who took care of the corner kick. Samuel Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cauã Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Emil Wincek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Golmayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, João Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Società Sport Osasco. Samuel Santos had in the 42ndth minute some difficulties stopping Leonardo Gox's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Samuel Santos came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by New Team's Leonardo Gox. But to his dismay, Leonardo Gox quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 45 minutes into the game, Francisco Macho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Società Sport Osasco the free kick. The supporters of La Società Sport Osasco booed when New Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Macho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leon Golmayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Wincek in the 46th minute of play. Edmundo Falla hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Chen Jian, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Emil Wincek might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leon Golmayo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. When Cauã Guerra came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the New Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauã Guerra couldn't finish the play. Samuel Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cauã Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Leon Golmayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as La Società Sport Osasco's Emil Wincek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Golmayo. That made the score 1-8 after 92 minutes of play. If CJ Lewandowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Società Sport Osasco's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
