Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Guangzhou Dark Horse F.C's Eliseo Vidales started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Eliseo Vidales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Golmayo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute, Andoitz Flores got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, New Team's Vilson Ibarguen got a free kick in the 10th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Francisco Macho managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Macho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Gaxan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the game, Vilson Ibarguen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guangzhou Dark Horse F.C the free kick. The supporters of Guangzhou Dark Horse F.C booed when New Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilson Ibarguen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Guangzhou Dark Horse F.C's Atarratze Salantes tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Vidales in the 19th minute of play forced New Team's goalkeeper Leon Golmayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, New Team's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Vidales came free, but Leon Golmayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Golmayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Vidales in the 22nd minute of play. New Team's Leon Golmayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Vidales in the 27th minute of play. Guangzhou Dark Horse F.C's Eliseo Vidales got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the New Team defense, Eliseo Vidales kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leon Golmayo. The New Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leon Golmayo should have stopped the shot. When Atarratze Salantes came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Guangzhou Dark Horse F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atarratze Salantes couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Macías Sarceada made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Macías Sarceada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Golmayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Vidales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute of the match, Eliseo Vidales tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leon Golmayo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. New Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Andoitz Flores scored to the left of an out of position Leon Golmayo, making the score, 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Guangzhou Dark Horse F.C's Rodion Cămătaru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leon Golmayo. That made the score 0-3 after 59 minutes of play. After 62 played minutes New Team got a freekick which was hit by Rene Naveira. Eliseo Vidales could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Leon Golmayo made a huge save. Leon Golmayo was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Eliseo Vidales capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliseo Vidales really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Leon Golmayo was a little too slow when Eliseo Vidales got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by 刘耀云 in the 76th minute of play forced New Team's goalkeeper Leon Golmayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-6 became the score in the 79th minute when Eliseo Vidales elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 90 minutes into the game, Andoitz Flores cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Leon Golmayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodion Cămătaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Golmayo having to interfere. After 96 played minutes New Team got a freekick which was hit by Vilson Ibarguen. Guangzhou Dark Horse F.C's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
