After a defensive mix-up in Zuberbühler FC's zone, Vicente Urtats stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri came out of the goal and Vicente Urtats tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 minutes, Alvaro Chesus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zuberbühler FC and the Dionisia players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Zuberbühler FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Alvaro Chesus hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the game, Mauro Esiquio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri. Mauro Esiquio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Mauro Esiquio scored 2-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florentino Lastur to make the kick off.
