When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lajos Tímár made a kick off. Lajos Tímár might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Humberto Xavier. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 83rd minute of the match Claudinei Leal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aristides Iztal skillfully saved the ball. C. played a much better game than Brasilino and deserved their victory. The Brasilino players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
