But to his dismay, Zacharias Iosifakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 11 minutes into the match, A Veces Menos Es Mas's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Sal came free, but Genílson Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacharias Iosifakis in the 13th minute of play forced Atlético Zelaya's goalkeeper Rui Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genílson Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Abechuco in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Zacharias Iosifakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, A Veces Menos Es Mas's Genílson Loyola got control of the ball when Isidoro Gitano tried to sneak it across the goal line. A Veces Menos Es Mas were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Atlético Zelaya's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Toño Saura took the corner. A collision led to A Veces Menos Es Mas getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Paolo-César Maldini hit a great ball. A Veces Menos Es Mas's Zacharias Iosifakis got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rui Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacharias Iosifakis in the 44th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, A Veces Menos Es Mas's Jonas Loco got a free kick in the 47th minute. Atlético Zelaya's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 49th minute of the game, when Alonzo Sal after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of A Veces Menos Es Mas's goal. Alonzo Sal was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal.

Rui Santos made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Zacharias Iosifakis sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacharias Iosifakis in the 61st minute of play forced Atlético Zelaya's goalkeeper Rui Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Isidoro Gitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético Zelaya's Rui Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Zelaya from getting a goal against them. A nice corner shot did that Gonzalo Mogel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rui Santos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Atlético Zelaya getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Bonifacio Aztore hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Gonzalo Mogel took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Rui Santos to make any attempt to save it. Gonzalo Mogels short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Rui Santos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Gonzalo Mogel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rui Santos. That made the score 0-8 in the 86 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Mogel in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gonzalo Mogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Atlético Zelaya's Rui Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Zelaya from getting a goal against them. In the 93rd minute, Marcus Rashford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlético Zelaya's defense didn't have a chance, in the 98th minute, when Gonzalo Mogel scored to the left of an out of position Rui Santos, making the score, 0-9. The A Veces Menos Es Mas players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
