This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Humberto Xavier as he didn't even see the shot coming. 6 minutes into the game, Gianluca Vialli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Humberto Xavier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Brasilino's Ediberto Martins got a free kick in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gianluca Vialli in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humberto Xavier saved Brasilino from getting behind. Humberto Xavier didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 15th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. In the 18th minute, Gianluca Vialli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Falckner FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 21st minute, Gianluca Vialli reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Humberto Xavier. The goal made the score 6-0. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Gianluca Vialli sped through Brasilino's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Humberto Xavier. If Gianluca Vialli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Humberto Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Vialli, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When Hernani Branco fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brasilino's protests and gave Hernani Branco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Hernani Branco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Gianluca Vialli made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Xavier. Brasilino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Humberto Xavier. That made the score 11-0 after 47 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gianluca Vialli to make the kick off. Gianluca Vialli scored 12-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 57 minutes into the game, Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Xavier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 13-0. Brasilino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaspar Baraquiel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. Falckner FC's Octavio Gorosti was substituted for Gianluca Vialli. After 74 played minutes Falckner FC got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Inge. Humberto Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Gorosti in the 75th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's Octavio Gorosti sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Xavier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Octavio Gorosti scored 15-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Octavio Gorosti took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Xavier. Humberto Xavier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 16-0. After 88 minutes of play, Falckner FC's Octavio Gorosti made it 17-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Xavier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Humberto Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Gorosti in the 96th minute of the match. Falckner FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
