In the 4th minute Pegaso were awarded a corner. Amador Vachon went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Rejunte de perros getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ivan Errolan hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, Rejunte de perros's goalkeeper Marcelo Armani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jairo Valery. In the 17th minute, Albano Hernando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rejunte de perros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 21 minutes into the game, Pegaso's Jairo Valery nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Armani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Stephen in the 28th minute of play forced Pegaso's goalkeeper Loren Prats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pegaso's Loren Prats played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Stephen in the 35th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Pegaso's Mihail Pânzaru was substituted for Joaquin Havier. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeremias Stephen to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Mihail Pânzaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pegaso's zone, Jeremias Stephen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loren Prats came out of the goal and Jeremias Stephen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mihail Pânzaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Rejunte de perros's Dario Ixona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Loren Prats made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Rejunte de perros's Marcelo Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Pânzaru in the 78th minute of play. 78 minutes in the game, Mihail Pânzaru dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Mathieu De Winter hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Marcelo Armani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihail Pânzaru's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the match, Pegaso's goalkeeper Loren Prats had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivan Errolan. Mihail Pânzaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Armani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Rejunte de perros's Gregg Popovich nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Loren Prats made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. With a little luck, Pegaso's Loren Prats got control of the ball when Gregg Popovich tried to sneak it across the goal line. Angelo Di Maria received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Loren Prats came out and tried to block the shot, but Angelo Di Maria slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 94th minute.
