The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Calistrat Ivașcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Erik Stephansson in the 4th minute of play. F.C SBG DTR's Calistrat Ivașcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Classon in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Altino Lameirinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Undertakers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Altino Lameirinhas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Calistrat Ivașcu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th match minute, F.C SBG DTR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gică Bourceanu to maneuver through the defense. Altino Lameirinhas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Calistrat Ivașcu having to make a save. In the 15th minute, Jens-Erik Stephansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Undertakers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 17 minutes into the game, Altino Lameirinhas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Calistrat Ivașcu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Calistrat Ivașcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Classon in the 23rd minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of F.C SBG DTR:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Undertakers FC:s goal. Calistrat Ivașcu came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Undertakers FC's Jens-Erik Stephansson. But to his dismay, Jens-Erik Stephansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Altino Lameirinhas sped through F.C SBG DTR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Calistrat Ivașcu. Eliodor Mutu kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. If Altino Lameirinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Altino Lameirinhas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Undertakers FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gigi Macamete stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Jens-Erik Stephansson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Calistrat Ivașcu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Jens-Erik Stephansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Altino Lameirinhas spun around in front of the goal 58 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of F.C SBG DTR's goal. After a defensive mix-up in F.C SBG DTR's zone, Jens-Erik Stephansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Calistrat Ivașcu came out of the goal and Jens-Erik Stephansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the game, Undertakers FC's Altino Lameirinhas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Calistrat Ivașcu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Jens-Erik Stephansson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 79th playminute. 82 minutes into the match, Jens-Erik Stephansson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Calistrat Ivașcu. F.C SBG DTR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens-Erik Stephansson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. In the 85th minute, Altino Lameirinhas made a precise shot to the right of Calistrat Ivașcu. F.C SBG DTR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-12. F.C SBG DTR's Calistrat Ivașcu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save F.C SBG DTR from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the match, Undertakers FC's Jens-Erik Stephansson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Calistrat Ivașcu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Undertakers FC's Altino Lameirinhas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-13. Undertakers FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
