With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haydar Genişyürek in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roberto Eztebe saved AFC FUSION from getting behind. The supporters of AFC FUSION booed when Los Materos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haydar Genişyürek didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Rios got free with Lazaros Kabantais in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lino Rios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lazaros Kabantais read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match AFC FUSION got a corner. Los Materos FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dawid Beckham ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on AFC FUSION's corner Dawid Beckham fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lazaros Kabantais quite easily take care of the ball. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Larpe in the 25th minute of play. Lino Rios scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lazaros Kabantais, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Molina in the 33rd minute of the match. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Molina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dawid Beckham came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haydar Genişyürek in the 43rd minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Larpe in the 45th minute of the match. Lino Rios struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Lazaros Kabantais didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. After a very even first half the match was still tied. Tincho Palermo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Roberto Eztebe made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tincho Palermo got free with Roberto Eztebe in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romualdas Atkočiunas made in the 74th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Eleuterio Rufio. In the 82nd minute, Lino Rios made a precise shot to the right of Lazaros Kabantais. Los Materos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Christoff Stocks's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lazaros Kabantais read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. AFC FUSION's Kai Havertz was substituted for Dawid Beckham. AFC FUSION's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Romulo Abilio in the 90th minute. Roberto Eztebe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Molina in the 93rd minute. If Cornelio Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
