In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quebracho FC's goalkeeper Alexander Van Houdtvinck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Quebracho FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Florencio Chano was slow to take the kick. During this time Dionisia's players had a chance to rest. In the 77th minute Nereo Florian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Dionisia getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Arnaldo Beturian hit a great ball.
