After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Semih Kaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Potrero's supporters rose to their feet, but Semih Kaya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afiz Teo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of C. A. Potrero booed when Redbourn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shah Dyce didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 played minutes, C. A. Potrero's Semih Kaya shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Afiz Teo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C. A. Potrero reached it. Afiz Teo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Barış Yorangil, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Afiz Teo came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by C. A. Potrero's Mustafa Barış Yorangil. But to his dismay, Mustafa Barış Yorangil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, C. A. Potrero's Lucio Ur got control of the ball when Tan Cheng tried to sneak it across the goal line. Redbourn AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Afiz Seng in the 17th minute. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Afiz Teo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Mustafa Barış Yorangil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Afiz Teo. Redbourn AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mustafa Barış Yorangil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Özgür Onur might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afiz Teo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Özgür Onur ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute, Mustafa Barış Yorangil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Afiz Teo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 37 played minutes Redbourn AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gage Seah. Ryan Tan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Ur having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Mustafa Barış Yorangil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Afiz Teo. Redbourn AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mustafa Barış Yorangil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 52 played minutes Redbourn AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gage Seah. Through an outstanding action, after 53 minutes, Afiz Teo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Samuel Yang kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 72ndth minute of the game Mustafa Barış Yorangil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute, Gage Seah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafa Barış Yorangil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 78th minute of the match, Mustafa Barış Yorangil tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Afiz Teo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 79 minutes into the game, Mustafa Barış Yorangil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Afiz Teo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. C. A. Potrero made a substitution. Wladyslaw Popowicz replaced Raimundo Santos. Mustafa Barış Yorangil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afiz Teo having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Barış Yorangil in the 84th minute of play forced Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Afiz Teo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Redbourn AFC's attentive Shah Dyce managed to snatch the ball when Humberto Meder made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. Mustafa Barış Yorangil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afiz Teo having to make a save. Mustafa Barış Yorangil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Redbourn AFC's Gage Seah got a free kick in the 94th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Redbourn AFC's zone, Mustafa Barış Yorangil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afiz Teo came out of the goal and Mustafa Barış Yorangil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
