Óscar Cordoba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. E➣ PINCHARRATA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustavo Cordera in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Maradona in the 16th minute of play forced E➣ PINCHARRATA's goalkeeper Stef Vallejos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Yu Jian Tian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Cordoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Yu Jian Tian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting de Gijón's Óscar Cordoba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 25th minute Yu Jian Tian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Cordoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Óscar Cordoba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yu Jian Tian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34thth minute of the game Yu Jian Tian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting de Gijón's Óscar Cordoba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Maradona got free with Stef Vallejos in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting de Gijón's goalkeeper Óscar Cordoba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute E➣ PINCHARRATA were awarded a corner. Gustavo Cordera went to the cornerflag to take it. Gustavo Cordera made a great header on E➣ PINCHARRATA's corner, it was just that Sporting de Gijón's Óscar Cordoba managed to reach the ball for a save. E➣ PINCHARRATA's Pedrinho Fahlmann was substituted for Yu Jian Tian. Óscar Cordoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Fahlmann in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedrinho Fahlmann got free with Óscar Cordoba in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 71st minute, Carlo Crema hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlo Crema kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Pedrinho Fahlmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Óscar Cordoba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Stef Vallejos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Bilintx, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The E➣ PINCHARRATA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing E➣ PINCHARRATA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
