Alcorcón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belo Alvarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurino Serena should have stopped the shot. Erlantz Bermejo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucio Ur came out and tried to block the shot, but Erlantz Bermejo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 16th minute. Belo Alvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Lucio Ur made a huge save. 23 minutes into the match, Belo Alvarez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lucio Ur, 2-1. A.D. Alcorcón were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after C. A. Potrero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nereo Acosta took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Nereo Acosta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucio Ur quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mustafa Barış Yorangil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurino Serena having to interfere. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Barış Yorangil, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's Erlantz Bermejo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucio Ur narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belo Alvarez made a kick off. In the 95th minute, Emmanuel Otero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The A.D. Alcorcón fans cheered their team off the field, for while C. A. Potrero had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
