Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Łukasz Fabiański. Gwarek Zabrze's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Łukasz Fabiański. Łukasz Fabiański dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Karol Mietus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Karol Mietus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gwarek Zabrze's Łukasz Fabiański played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Gwarek Zabrze's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Agustín Saelices was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Łukasz Fabiański took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Łukasz Fabiański came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Gwarek Zabrze's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. In the 38th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Łukasz Fabiański saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richie Puch in the 43rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Pawel Wielowiejski took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Łukasz Fabiański made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Andino in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, Gwarek Zabrze's Wincenty Kaczanka got a free kick in the 57th minute. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Gwarek Zabrze's Łukasz Fabiański got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Wiktor Wincek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Łukasz Fabiański. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of play forced Gwarek Zabrze's goalkeeper Łukasz Fabiański to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute Karol Mietus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wiktor Wincek charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wiktor Wincek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Gwarek Zabrze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiktor Wincek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gwarek Zabrze's Łukasz Fabiański played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 74th minute of play. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Łukasz Fabiański tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute Richie Puch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Łukasz Fabiański showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 90th minute of the match. Roch Maciejewski's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roch Maciejewski helped the player get up and apologised. Roch Maciejewski kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Łukasz Fabiański showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gwarek Zabrze.
