With a little luck, FC Fanaticii's Emanuel Giurcă got control of the ball when Ramón Grau tried to sneak it across the goal line. Timo Palacioss short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Emanuel Giurcă to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Bărăian in the 11th minute of play forced Murcia Promesas's goalkeeper Tancredo Griful to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Marius Ganea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tancredo Griful showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Ganea, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Domenech during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Marius Ganea fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Fanaticii's protests and gave Marius Ganea a yellow card for diving instead. Marius Ganea kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC Fanaticii's Bogdan Buzea got a free kick in the 28th minute. Emanuel Giurcă acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Licerio Lacorte. In the 35th minute, Oscar Negro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Murcia Promesas's Tancredo Griful played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Bărăian in the 37th minute of play. Moise Corduneanu was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. Emanuel Giurcă didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timo Palacios went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timo Palacios to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 71st minute Timo Palacios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Giurcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rdth minute of the game Ramón Grau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Fanaticii's Emanuel Giurcă was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 80 minutes of play Murcia Promesas's Ariel Domenech was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 81st minute, Ariel Domenech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of FC Fanaticii booed when Murcia Promesas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Domenech didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Aurelian Enișteanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Fanaticii fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 89 minutes of play, FC Fanaticii's Francisc Ciocâlteu made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tancredo Griful was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute, Avram Prunaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 94 in the game by Șerban Nanu from a close distance when the talented Tancredo Griful managed to make a qualified save. Murcia Promesas's players were relieved. FC Fanaticii's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
