Cemil Tanacan made in the 12th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Edvard Slæggerup immediately put the ball in play. In the 13th minute Edvard Slæggerup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Mourelatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Gabbro FC's Edvard Slæggerup nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The audience was convinced that Valerio Spadoni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alessandro Mancinelli was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Ariel Mourelatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fedele Di Prinzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute of the match Gabbro FC got a corner. Amboy FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nicholas Langsford ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Gabbro FC's corner Nicholas Langsford fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ariel Mourelatos quite easily take care of the ball. Alessandro Mancinelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Amboy FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gabbro FC were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valerio Spadoni made a kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Amboy FC's goalkeeper Ariel Mourelatos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Gabbro FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gustavo Piearres hit a great ball. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Atilano Mantzio hit a great ball. Ariel Mourelatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvard Slæggerup in the 67th minute of the match. Edvard Slæggerup might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ariel Mourelatos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edvard Slæggerup ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 77th match minute, Gabbro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Casadei to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edvard Slæggerup got free with Ariel Mourelatos in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 86th play minute Edvard Slæggerup came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ariel Mourelatos. 0-5. In the 90thth minute of the game Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gabbro FC's Alessandro Mancinelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
