Brun Hello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egil Sjögren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Andrea Pugliese was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Milan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montesacro FC the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francesco Ascani during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Egil Sjögrens short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Brun Hello to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 93rd minute, Freddy Antoniano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Juliusz Julien got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Montesacro FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
