When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sylven Van Der Meeren made a kick off. The supporters of Winksele 2016 booed when Gabbro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedele Di Prinzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Winksele 2016's Ben Dillemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicholas Langsford in the 58th minute of play. Winksele 2016's Big Hulk was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alessandro Mancinelli in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Gabbro FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gustavo Piearres hit a great ball. Alessandro Mancinelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theo De Moor in the 75th minute. Theo De Moor received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. If Sylven Van Der Meeren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
