Elias Honrio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ben Dillemans firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ben Dillemans came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Lorenzo Jerrold. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Jerrold quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ben Dillemans made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Elias Honrio sent off a good shot on target. If Moises Bihar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommie Verhengen was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. Elias Honrio placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out!

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Quirin Brauer during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. San Lorenzo de Sarandi were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Winksele 2016's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Camilo Mouricio took the corner. The corner led San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Camilo Mouricio to fire away a dangerous shot which Ben Dillemans despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Georg Söderqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The corner ended in Leonides Rosio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Winksele 2016's Ben Dillemans did a great save. After 85 minutes, Leonides Rosio made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Winksele 2016's Ben Dillemans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Leonides Rosio made a precise shot to the right of Ben Dillemans. Winksele 2016's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Ben Dillemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonides Rosio in the 93rd minute of play. Leonides Rosio took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ben Dillemans. Ben Dillemans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
