After taking down the ball on Hannover Reds's corner Lei Xiang Rong fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Christophe Rau quite easily take care of the ball. Emilio Argina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Christophe Rau made a huge save. Bernd Yuschni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Åke Sundström in the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Douglas Lundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute of the match Aldo Ianni shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernd Yuschni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Buğrahan Vecihs short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Bernd Yuschni to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Willi Tilmann in the 79th minute of play forced Talenti Roma Calcio's goalkeeper Christophe Rau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Argina in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christophe Rau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the match, Hannover Reds's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Mark came free, but Bernd Yuschni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
